1. Use of This Website
This website and its content are provided for general information about our services. You may browse, link to, and share our content for lawful purposes. You may not scrape, republish, or misrepresent our content as your own.
2. Service Engagements
All development work is governed by an individual proposal or contract, which defines scope, timeline, price, and deliverables. If a term in a signed contract differs from these general terms, the contract prevails.
3. Payments
- Fixed-scope projects are billed in milestones as defined in the proposal.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each period.
- Late payments may pause work until the account is current.
4. Intellectual Property
On full payment, all intellectual property in delivered custom work transfers to the client, excluding third-party/open-source components (which remain under their own licenses) and our pre-existing internal tooling.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client project information as confidential and sign NDAs on request. Both parties agree not to disclose the other's confidential information to third parties.
6. Warranties & Support
Delivered work includes a 3-month post-launch support window for defects. Beyond that, support and maintenance are available under separate plans. Except as expressly stated, services are provided without further warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
